Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ was aired between 1986-1987. A 47 episode long series as to the typical 50 Episode so to say trend of the Gundam Franchise. It was the third series since the start of Mobile Suit Gundam (1979). The show was played on a Universal Century Timeline (UC).

The series proceeds right after Mobile Suit Gundam Zeta (1985), taking place during the First Neo Zeon War. After the Gryps Conflict Kamille Bidan is mentally wounded after his battle against Paptimus Scirocco and "The O" in Zeta Gubdam, The Anti Earth Union Group (AEUG) has suffered a great loss after their war against the Titans. Lead by Veteran Captain Bright Noa of White Base during the One Year War, now takes command of the Arguma in hopes of bring peace to the Earth and Space once again.

The main protagonist of Gundam ZZ is Judah Ashta a 14 year old boy that get caught in the conflicts between the AEUG and Neo Zeon. He must use his abilities as a pilot and a newtype to defeat Hamon Karn leader of Neo Zeon and the daughter of Admiral Maharaja Karn of Zeon (and Axis Zeon).

The show starts off as a comedic series as to it predecessor Z Gundam. Though it has received a lot of criticism saying that it was not a true gundam series like the pervious two. I beleive that this series is still a great show to watch lots of gundam action and should not be a Gundam show that should be overlooked. It is one of the few Gundam shows that has not been dubbed and released in the US. I have many hopes that within these coming years itll be translated and we can all watch Mobile Suit Gundam Zeta in English....the dubs better be good, ill be pissed if it not. Im trying to promote the show here.
